Genuine Merchandise, Parts and Accessories Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the genuine merchandise and/or genuine parts & accessories (“Products”) you purchase on our website. If you are unhappy with your purchase, our return policy, which is in line with the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, is as follows:

Applicable to general returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 working days after delivery to the customer. After the 15 working days, the Products shall be deemed to be in good quality condition and the correct quantity.

  • Returns must be complete and in the original packaging.

  • If the Products arrived damaged or incorrect, please pack the Products in original packaging for return.

  • Delivery charges are not reimbursable unless the return directly results from our error.

  • Returns are only accepted by the dealership from where the Products were purchased.

  • Returns must be logged on the website or directly at the dealership from which you made your purchase. Returns are only accepted at the original purchasing dealership.

  • The Original invoice must be produced if required.

  • Once the dealer has inspected the product, approved, and validated the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Applicable to the return of defective Products which are under warranty:

  • If your Product(s) are under warranty, you may return the Product(s) within twelve months after delivery should the Product be defective. Once returned, the Product(s) will be assessed by a technician and based on the defect, we will replace, repair, or refund you. This warranty is only applicable to products that are under warranty.

  • To claim under warranty, please contact the dealership where the purchase was made.

  • This warranty does not cover installation errors or any consequential damages.

  • Replacements, repairs, and refunds can take up to 14 working days. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your return.

  • If your Products are no longer under warranty and an extended warranty was not purchased, you will be liable for the cost of repairs should you wish to repair your item through one of our Dealers.
